Hotel Dimatis is a family-run business since 1928, located in the picturesque mountain village of Agios Dimitrios. In our restaurant, you will find genuine flavors combining tradition and quality. We use products we make ourselves, such as jams, spoon sweets, liqueurs, honey, and bread. We serve beef fillet and wild boar krassato, which is our specialty, as well as traditional dishes with regional cheeses and meats from Olympus, paired with selected wines from the wider area. All this in a calm and welcoming atmosphere, offering an authentic experience and relaxation. For the most authentic and refined culinary experiences all our dishes are based on organically sourced ingredients that respect nature, seasonality, and local production. Our cuisine honors tradition while evolving with a focus on flavor and quality.
